The fourth graders created these fantastic flowers after learning about famous artist, Georgia O'Keefe. Students drew out a large flower composition on a 17"x17" piece of paper using organic shapes. After outlining the flower with a black oil pastel, we painted with analogous colors. Students learned how to blend paint with water to create more realistic colors on the flower.
